Yeni bilgisayarımda kaspersky üyeliğimi etkinleştiremiyorum.

Kaspersky premium üyesiyim ve aktif olarak 2 cihaz kullanabilme hakkım mevcutlu gözüküyor fakat yeni cihaz eklemeye çalıştığımda tekrar tekrar kaspersky uygulamasını yüklemeye yönlendiriyor ve herhangi bir sonuç vermiyor.  Aboneliği geri yüklemek için oturum açın seçeneği ile mykaspersky id ve pw ile girdiğimde ise hesabınızda etkin bir abonelik yok uyarısıyla karşılaşıyorum. Yeni bilgisayarıma kaspersky üyeliğimi nasıl taşıyacağım ?
