WSL problems wget, “--ca-certificate-check”, my certificates are self-signed.

Hello, i am here to ask for the possible solution to a problem i encountered. When i use wget on my machine inside WSL, and i don’t disable the kaspersky protection, it doesn’t succeed because of an error regarding the fact that my certificates are self-signed. Do anyone of you know how to solve this error without the “--ca-certificate-check” option?
