"witiant . xyz/" website popped up and said i had a security breach, then spammed itself in browser and froze my computer. [Closed]

has anyone heard of "witiant . xyz/" ? this website popped up and said i had a security breach, then spammed itself in browser and froze my computer. after rebooting i looked it up and cannot find anything about this website. is this something to take seriously or just a scam? i was also given a number to call for Microsoft support: 1(866)-658-7563(this is not Microsoft support) this is my fist time posting so if this is the wrong place to ask a question about something like this then I do apologize. -Alex
