Windows Network settings are being managed by KIS

what is this? is it bad im on guest or public networks? how do i change it into private? im a noob at this i just found this out bc of my uplay not working, also if by chance do you know how to fix uplay connection login issues. i tried putting in on network settings>trusted applications. to no avail. i tried it since that fixed my issue with origin being offline. there is one recommendation i saw is to disable ipv6 but is that ok to disable? thanks a bunch!

Please check  the properties in  Kaspersky → Settings → Firewall → Available networks :

• Home Network → Trusted network
• Internet → Public network

Thank you for posting back & the image👌  

1. The Public type is assigned to the Internet by default.
2. Internet, network type & other settings, cannot be changed → that’s why it’s greyed out. 
3. The VPN configured as Public is correct.
4. Do not configure the VPN as Local or Trusted.
