Windows event viewer for Kaspersky total security, but its always empty.

There is a section in windows event viewer for Kaspersky total security but its always empty and logs are not stored in there.

How can I see the application event logs in windows event viewer?

Yes its like that but empty, in the picture you sent there are 4 event logs but there is not any log in mine.

May we know:

1. Operating system name, version & build?   In the Windows Search🔎 field, type   winver  then press enter, a small popup will show the information
2. Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) version & patch? On the Windows Taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About, the popup window will show the information

Thank you for replying👌

1. Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) version & patch?  On the Windows Taskbar, right click the Kaspersky icon, select About, the popup window will show the information, OR, open the KTS application, select the Headset🎧 icon, the Support window will show the information
2. 1607, is 4yrs old, is there a specific reason to still be on that version? 
3. Has the “no Kaspersky events in Windows event viewer” issue always existed or is new, if “new”, when did it start?

1. Application version    21.1.15.500
2.  Yes its old but I cant update it now because its server.
3. This issue is not new. It always has existed.
