Windows 10 not boot after install Kaspersky Security Cloud Free, “critical service failed”.

I try to install Kaspersky Security Cloud Free but returned error. I tried again using administrator rights, after that the os does not start - BSOD “critical service failed”. I try use “sfc /scannow”, did not help.

@Romanov Dmitry Welcome. Can you start OS under Safe Mode ?

@Romanov Dmitry, boot into Safe Mode and remove Kaspersky Security Cloud using this utility.
After that, boot into normal mode and make a GSI report. Attach the received file to the next message.
