win 10 getting slow after installing kaspersky internet security

my PC with WIN10   really became very slow after installing and activating ksi,

what are appropriate setting to make it work well & fast as before

3. What exactly “ became very slow ” ?
4. Before installing KIS was a software compatibilty check run?

2. KIS version & patch(x) ? x=letter?   20.0.14.1085 (j)
3. What exactly “ became very slow ” ? wind starting up , opening any app ,
4. Before installing KIS was a software compatibilty check run?  i used McAfee before installing kaspersky without any problem
5. Run a GSI & Windows Logs, attach📎 the .zip folder to your reply or upload the .zip folder to cloud & post the link please?   zip file attached

2. → specific applications running? 
3. → browsing → all browsers? 
4. → boot time? 
5. → shutdown time? 
6. → documents:

• uploading?
• downloading?
• opening?
• editing?
• saving?

JAVA runtime environment: C:\app\MoOony\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\jdk\bin\java.exe -> Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition binary

Oracle: C:\app\MoOony\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\BIN\oracle.exe -> Oracle RDBMS Kernel Executable

C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\GlobalProtect\PanGPS.exe -> GlobalProtect service

 

Please try to set java.exe and oracle.exe to the trusted application (Set it to Do not monitor application activity )

Hi @vamse ,

A tip to speed up the scans from your computer is to enable “Scan only new and modified files”, this will make the scans faster and consequently demand less resources from the device.

You should leave the scan levels as Ideal (recommended by Kaspersky) because that way you will have a balance between performance and protection.
