.wiaw extension virus

Hi. I got a virus that creates a .wiaw extension on many of my files and programmes. How can i fix this problem and convert the files back? Thanks.

Also,  unfortunately in a lot of cases  files can't be decrypted without the private key that is only known by the attacker and paying the ransom does not guarantee the encrypted files will be unlocked.
