Why KIS 21 after version update changing application setting? “Mail Anti-Virus” - “Attachment Filter” and other.

After automatic update from KIS 21.1 and 21.2 to version 21.3. is automatically changing application setting. Why? Changing is setting “Mail Anti-Virus” - “Attachment Filter”  and other. I dont like this!

It’s not permissible for the program to change the program settings for these partial updates! KIS can't do that, please fix it.

It also automatically installs "Kaspersky Password Manager" repeatedly when updating the application version (eg from v 21.2. to 21.3.). I dont like this!
