Why Kaspesky is taking so much storage space? QB folder, .klq file.

Just like in the topic. Any idea how to deal with it. It won’t be a problem if it wasn’t a windows drive and it’s keep eating space.

Please try this :

• Disable Traces https://support.kaspersky.com/15043#block1
• Remove Log  files under C:\Program Data\Kaspersky Lab
• Empty the Recycle Bin
• Reboot

Nothing. But by seeing your answer I’m thinking you didn’t watched photo. It’s not temp files or any kind of traces files. It’s one big file in the folder that taking a lot of space.

That looks like Quarantine Backup folder. Clear all quarantine/backup content.
