Why does Kaspersky turns off while scanning and then the app turn back on and not scanning?

when i start full scan it get shutdown the app and the scan. and i need to open the app again and start the full scan again. So is there any problem or...

Still stops and restart the app. Also now it get stuck at calculating the remaining time... 

i had to restart the pc so it get unstuck.

i found the solution to this problem. it is from msi afterburner and rivatuner if they are on while scanning they crash kaspersky total security, if msi after and riva both turned off and scan nothing happen unusual.
