Why can't I watch Kayo Sport when Kaspersky is on?

2. Have Anti-Banner &  Private browsing been checked? 
3. What happens when you “cant watch Kayo Sport”, are there errors? IF “yes”, check Kaspersky Security Cloud Reports & post a full screen, screenprint of the errors? 
4. Does the same problem happen in all supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium? 
5. Is Kaspersky Security Cloud Premium, Personal or Free?
