Welcome. Which Kaspersky version are your running. Also : Please reproduce the problem and check your detailed reports. Is this behavior solved when you temporary disable Kaspersky ?

Hi themann Welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. As well as above post. It could be because of "adobe flash" not enabled. Go to Chrome settings+settlers online settings, to allow "adobe flash" Adobe Flash in Google Chrome is disabled by default. Thank you.
