why are they bothering me for payment when 43 days left, when free and lower price is available?

why are they bothering me for payment when 43 days left and most of it can download for free now and they won't full price then advertising at half price does not pay to be loyal andy

• Correct, (ioo) Kaspersky does not reward customer loyalty. 
• Renewal subscriptions are frequently more expensive than commensurable products on Kaspersky’s very own websites. 
• The advantages to using the “renewal” option, according to Kaspersky “you will no longer need to track the license expiration date or buy and enter the renewal codes manually each time.”
• As to why you are being “bothered” 43 days in advance, it would be best to log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, ask them to explain, see the following image as a guide

After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
