While in remote support, I cannot click on authorization window

When I use software such as Team Viewer or Anydesk, and I want to change a setting in Kaspersky Cloud Free, I can't find the window to authorize the change. 

I can see any such window of MS Windows to authorize any changes to the system. But Kaspersky's is always hidden.

Please make it visible for Remote Support apps.

However, I'll need the client on the remote to make this change... Providing they'll know how to.

Is there a reason Kaspersky does not use the normal window for changing settings?

Hi 

Sorry for the delay. By 'normal window' I meant the window that opens when a user approval is needed for an application ('Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your devices'). 

If I need to make changes in Kaspersky's settings (mainly add to an app to the list of allowd apps) there appear a different window, that does not shows in the Taskbar or in the list of opened windows. This window cannot be accessed by remote software. 

And the question is WHY? What's wrong with the default window (User approval  to change of settings).

Try adding Your remote control app to KFree Trusted apps...
