Where to find step-by step instructions to make an application fully trusted?

Hi Folks,

I know this is a silly question but here goes anyways.

I have several applications that I want to exclude completely from being scanned in any way (activity, network etc). They should run as if Kaspersky is not installed on the PC. Where can I find step by step instructions to do that?

If someone would provide me a link with the information, I would be really thankful.

I am running KTS 21.2.16.590 (b) on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Thanks in advance!

@Berny thank for that, but unfortunately that was not what I was looking for.

I wanted a step-by-step instruction on how to turn off all scanning/monitoring of an application and its components. That should be a relatively simple thing to do.

As to the link you kindly sent, I cannot find any description on whether I should use an exclusion or define a trusted application, or how those two thing overlap.

Here is a simple example: I have WhatsApp installed on my PC and I do not want to have it monitored or scanned in any way, by KTS. There must be a simple way to turn off ALL scanning/monitoring for a complete application in KTS. Where can I find such a description?

Thanks and regards,

Mario

Go to Settings → Application Control → Manage Applications, via Search form, find Your application, once get it, mouse right click over it and select Details and Rules → Exclusions, enable ALL THE CHECK BUTTONS → Save :)
