Where can I find detailed backup instructions?

• When I backup I sometimes get a failure notice and am unable to diagnose the cause
• -Other times when I backup it says it was successful but I am unable to see the files.
• Is the backup in the native file format, or is it converted to a backup format?
• How can I restore just one file, rather than the, partial restore entire backup?

Welcome!

• Regarding successful backup, in KTS Backup select Details → image1, KTS Backup Report opens, select Details → image2, shows specific backup information, including files backed up → image3; KTS Restore utility enables backed up data to be viewed (if required) at any stage → image4

 

• Regarding “How can I restore just one file, rather than the, partial restore entire backup?”, please refer to resource:

• Regarding backup failure, without specific information it’s not possible to assist🤔
