When will patch C happen?

why can’t i update to 21.1.15.500(c) when they already released?

• The patch release date does not mean the patch will be available to you on that date. 
• Patches are rolled out in staggered distribution, across the globe. 
• Remember, to apply a patch you must shutdown and restart your computer.
