when opening my Amex account in Safe Money it opens the home page okay but when trying to open anything from the home page it just opens top of page and rest is blank.

I updated to KTS 2020 a couple of days ago from KTS 2019 and noticed today that when opening my Amex account in Safe Money it opens the home page okay but when trying to open anything from the home page it just opens top of page and rest is blank.

I have tried turning off Data Collection and Anti Banner but makes no difference.

This problem only appears in Firefox and is okay in IE.

Both are latest versions.

When I pause Kaspersky it is all okay in Firefox, not sure what else to check, seems to be caused by Kaspersky 2020 and Firefox although it was fine in KTS 2019?
