When I plug my ipad to pc the kaspersky start to scan the pc and it crash

When I plug my ipad to pc the kaspersky start to scan the pc and it crash and I have no idea why it happen???

also my iTunes start to crash too

3. Is there any Kaspersky software installed on the PC? If “yes” please provide full name, version & patch(x)? 
4. How are you connecting the iOS to the PC?

1. Is Kaspersky Security Cloud (KSC) installed on the PC or the iOS? 
2. Does the PC crash irrespective of which USB port the iOS is plugged into? 
3. Why are you scanning the iOS via PC?
4. Is KSC, Removable drives scan ON or OFF?

1. Have you tried every USB port? 
2. Have you tried a different USB cable between the iOS & the PC?

• Turn KSC Removable drives scan OFF
