What Does Previously Malicious Link Detected. Blocked - Not processed Mean?

I’ve seen this notifications. 

 

 

And this is log of one of them:

After I see this, I’ve run a full scan and no threat has detected. So, is everything OK? Is there anything I should worry about?

Kaspersky blocked the malicious object before it reached your system.
A full Kaspersky scan without detection(s) means your system is clean.

I get same message and now whenever I open the Chrome browser it tries to take me to the same blocked site. How do I stop this?

Check Your Chrome add-ons installed, also try Chrome config reset:
