What am i gonna do now?

I bought a Kaspersky Standard subscription today. But unfortunately, i entered an incorrect e-mail address. I entered "@gmail.com", but my e-mail was "@outlook.com" 😓

 

What am i gonna do now? I checked the gmail, the address that i entered wrongly, is already taken... The address's owner will see my card infos... I created a refund request, but i think it will answered in 2 or 3 days...

What am i gonna do know? My case number is: INC000017035027 Can you help me, can you do something? Please! I'm scared very bad...

Ben bugün bir Kaspersky Standard aboneliği satın aldım. Ama maalesef ki yanlış e-mail adresini girmişim. "@gmail.com" girmişim yanlışlıkla, ama benim kendi hesabımın adresi "@outlook.com" Şimdi ne yapacağım ben?

 

Gmail hesabını kontrol ettim, başka birisi önceden bu adresi almış. Yani e-posta sahibi benim kart bilgilerimi görecek, bir iade talebi oluşturdum ama bence 2 ya da 3 güne anca cevaplanır. 

 

Şimdi ne yapabilirim? İade talebimin onay numarası: INC000017035027 Bana yardım eder misiniz, bir şey yapar mısınız? Lütfen! Gerçekten çok korkuyorum...

Kaspersky replied my e-mail. They gave me a activation code. Very very thank you Kaspersky, but i have a question. I entered this code on my MyKaspersky account. It told me that: "We will store the code here." But when i check the "My subscriptions", it says "Active"

 

 

Is this normal? This new subscription will not expire, will it?
