Weird Registry Keys and Temp files unable to delete

Hello i was going through my Registry and i noticed a Registry key called \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\䰳ⷑѠ耀 i wanna know what that is and theres a file in C: Windows\Temp\ {6D202930-A807-40B1-A23D-DFFF40B987C5} i tried to delete it but i won’t delete even as an administrator can someone answer these?

There’s a file in C: Windows\Temp\ {Regarding the temp file that won’t delete6D202930-A807-40B1-A23D-DFFF40B987C5} i tried to delete it but i won’t delete even as an administrator?
