Hello @batb

There’s a reason we’re keep asking questions, we’re trying to help you.

Let’s try, again:

  • 🅰❓ Is Kaspersky Security Cloud (KSC) Premium or Free
  • 🅱❓W10 OS version & build  → in Windows Search🔎 type    winver → press enter, a small popup window will show the required information?
  • Close/exit Firefox browser.
  • Start the Run command

  • Type in Firefox -p

  • Select (Firefox) default

  • Select Start

  • Do not sign into the Firefox default browser with your Firefox account.

  1. ❓ In the default Firefox browser, does “Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com*” persist?

  2. ❓ Did “Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://ff.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com*” exist before you disabled the Kaspersky protection extension?

4 questions & one procedure…

Thank you🙏

Hello!

If Kaspersky protection extension is disabled in Firefox, then disable also script inject option in product. Then clear all cache in Firefox. Then restart Firefox and retest the issue.
