I have designed a website for my business but the problem is the customer are saying that it get stuck when they are placing the order can you provide me a solution. Thanks

  1. Do the Customers need to authenticate to access the Orders page?  
  2. Post image(s) of what happens when the site hangs/get stuck please? 
  3. In KSC Reports, are there any events/errors that match your site? 
  4. Save the Report & attach📎 please? 
  5. Which KSC version & patch(x) is installed, on the Windows Taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About
  6. Is Anti-Banner enabled or off, for your site? 
  7. Is Private browsing enabled or off, for your site? 
  8. Is Kaspersky Security Cloud Premium or Free?
