Web site being blocked

Trying to sign-in on a web site and it’s failing. I’m getting the error in the console:

has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

And in the network this. 

 

 

Is this Kapersky blocking it and if so how do I allow it?

Yes this did help me. There was was a problem with the certificate. I had thought this to be ok but the log highlighting a certificate problem made me double check.
