Web Control Blocked "Signal Desktop" Application without rule

Hi,

We had set up a custom rule to block the yahoo in the Web Control.

I found out that we can't connect the Signal Desktop application if enable the custom rule.

When I remove the custom rule, the Signal Desktop application resumed normal.

What’s going on?

Please help~
