running kaspersky cloud edition under w10 and w7 

i have noticed that i can block and detect eicar when i click on the webstite eicar.com with firefox but not with chrome

i’m using the last version of firefox and chrome

in the notification , there is are you using firefox? are you using chrome?

i haven’t installed kaspersky firefox extension or kaspersky chrome extension 

firefox without kaspersky extension work great and block the test eicar 

chrome  does not detect it and download it

is it normal ?

2. i use only firefox and chrome , here some screenshots under w7 64bit pro , but it does happen under w10 pro 64b

• Re Eicar, our results are different to yours. 
• We ran the test twice, for both Firefox & Chrome. 
• After the 1st test, we reset Kaspersky app to Default. 
• The 2nd test results were identical to the first. 
• We notice Kaspersky app Reports is not trapping any Eicar/Chrome events.

Please reset Chrome to Default, Reset KSC to Default → rerun the Eicar tests, please video the outcome & post back?
