Web anti virus detected malicious tool

When I go to website web anti virus blocked some scripts to download on my pc. I wanna ask that In report it shows for the first two time it blocked the script and for the third time it says item detected Is that script downloaded in my pc or not.

@Pratham Jaiswal Kaspersky blocked the malicious script , the blocked object  didn't had access on  your PC.

Yes, it kind of script that download in our temp folder (Run => type %temp%). You can clear the downloaded script files from temp folder.
