Wasn’t able to disinfect detected malware located in a disk file in my pc. Skip/delete archive/ Add to exclusion Which do I choose?

I had a malware in a disk file that I downloaded from internet. Kaspersky detected a malware in it. I commanded to resolve and it asked me to choose between Skip/ delete archive/ add to exclusion. What should I do?
