@jensriesle Welcome.

Please see → Network settings

Checkbox → Traffic processing →[Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages]
"If the check box is selected, the Kaspersky application injects a web page interaction script into web traffic.
This script ensures the operation of such components as Safe Money, Private Browsing, Anti-Banner, and URL Advisor."

It doesn't matter if you disable the "Kaspersky application injects a web page interaction script into web traffic you still get the message " It's still slower and shows the message "waiting for gc.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com"

After disabled injection, clear browser cache or page cache (Ctrl + F5). It worked for me.

Just wanted to revive this thread to ask why there's no explanation of how/why this is happening and why it has scope to have such a detrimental impact on the users browsing experience?

Judging from google results and old threads of reddit this has been going on for at least 4 years.
