W32.Infostealer.Dridex virus can not get detected by kaspersky

I recently come across a stange activity on my usb drive (all files replaced by one shortcut) and i quickly realized its infected. 

I can see the files where the shortcut redirects to. but when scanned by kaspersky it does not get detected. 

Well. Shame.

Because i cant even upload it due to file size limitation, I put it in a wetransfer link. Here you go: ...
