Welcome. If you do not have the most current version of those applications, uninstall the applications > restart the computer, then download the installer for the applications from the official source and install the most current versions of the applications.

As @richbuff wrote above.. When was found vulnerability is most important to download always new version (update) of program if it is available on their home page of program.
