VPN Windows 11-Can't access local printer or WiFi hub

I have VPN Premium, 21.15.8.493 running on Windows 11.

With VPN up and running I cannot access my Epson printer/scanner or the Wifi Router Hub, if I switch the VPN off then everything is fine.

The PC is on a LAN connection to the router and the printer is on a WiFi connection. I have checked they are both connected and when the VPN is off they can communicate with each other. I have had a look at split tunnelling to see if I can find the app for printing and scanning but nothing shows up. I have the local IP address for the printer but that doesn't seem to register /work.

I am having similar issues with accessing the Router Hub via a web browser. I have tried adding the local IP address but VPN shows it as being 1.0.0.1. Interestingly I can access the Router Hub via my android phone connected to my home network with VPN enabled.

I don't have any issues with anything else connected to the my local network.

I have read through some of the other posts, as others had similar problems and I have tried to implement the suggested solutions but I can't get anything work.

So I would appreciate some suggestions

Kind regards

Steve

Many thanks Berny for the link. Unfortunately after following the instructions I still can't get my PC to communicate with my printer without turning off VPN.

So i am not sure what to do next
