VPN to the United Kingdom ( UK)

Dears Can I have your support, I cannot VPN to the UK through my computer and Iphone... is there any way to do it? or Kaspersky VPN doesn't work with the UK location? thanks

Hello Dler, welcome to the new forum. Which version of KSeC do you use? Only with the paid version you can freely choose the location, with the free version you can't.

Yes, it can not be established even I used IOS for the same purpose, also it is not working

It is possible that KSeC cannot reach an UK exit point from your country right now. Generally it should work. Please wait some time, maybe it's just a temporary problem. In the meantime, you can use your myKaspersky account to make a support request. Maybe they can clarify the issue. Unfortunately we cannot do more here in the forum.
