Hello,

I’m having an issue with my Kaspersky VPN subscription.
Even though my subscription is active until September 2026, it’s not being recognized on either my desktop or mobile devices.

When I check My Kaspersky → Subscriptions, it shows the following warning:
“Not supported in your region.”

Hello, I have the same problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works!!!
It’s unbearable.

What is your geographical location ?

I live in France, and a friend of mine has the same VPN without any issues.

I think I'm having the same issue. My subscription appears active on the "free subscription," but on the paid subscription, it says "Not Supported in Your Region." When I enter the activation code, I get a message saying the code has already been used. I can't add my devices to my paid subscription. However, the same devices appear to be added to the free subscription. I'm trying to delete my free subscription, but it doesn't work. Also, when I activate the VPN in the app, I get a message saying there's no internet connection. I can't add any devices to my paid subscription. The help link above wasn't helpful.

Hey i had this problem when i uninstalled kaspersky Premium and the Kaspersky VPN at the same time. i installed both by the inclusion of Kaspersky premium option to install the VPN. Once the install was complete they were both running, Kaspersky premium setup walk through was going and would not accept my account email link or even my generated activated codes giving the same errors despite me being in my country in the same place i bought it on the same internet provider.

After many failed attempts i noticed the VPN was installed and was running in my system tray notification area but was not connected to a server. I simply connected to my local country and the activation worked. I was already in my local country lol but the vpn not connected prevented their system from allowing my activation code to work. I hope this helps 🫡 I'm sure i've had this error years ago too, probably an oversight in QA.

So yeah try a free vpn server from kaspersky, a new vpn or a new internet connection like a mobile hotspot or something and connect to your local country. It worked for me 👍
