Good day, I bought the Kasperski Total Security that already includes the VPN license. 

I cannot for some reason access the connection it says I need to upgrade my VPN subscription.

The Kaspersky Total Security software license, includes Free/standard Kaspersky VPN, to access the full/Premium VPN subscription, it’s necessary to buy a subscription for the Kaspersky VPN. 

The free VPN is as follows:

1. Automatic selection of remote virtual server.
2. 200mb data daily, increases to 300mb data daily if a one time connection is made to your MyKaspersky account.
3. May be installed on unlimited devices.
4. No Technical Support. 
5. May have advertising.

I am also having the same issue, whether it is free or not it is still not working and should be because it comes with what I paid for. Why won’t it work as the free version?

I’m confused as well.  When I initially downloaded the VPN app on my phone I had used almost 200 of my 300 free mb within minutes.  Then I tried to download the Kaspersky Security Cloud thinking it was a separate app but it made me uninstall the VPN app to do so. The Security Cloud only has 200mb free.  Are you only supposed to turn on the VPN during certain times? I thought I would want it running in the background all the time?
