Hello @cdd

Welcome!

  1. Which Kaspersky VPN version is installed, on the Windows, Taskbar, *Hidden-icons*, rightclick the Kaspersky VPN icon, select Help, select About
  2. Check & make sure all Windows updates have a successfully applied status & Windows is the latest version?
  3. In Windows, Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections, is there a Kaspersky VPN OR a Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter?                                       image.thumb.png.ee43312f9b5b033053e5bb94d4e52473.png

Please post back?

Thank you🙏

Hello @cdd,

Thank you for posting back, take your time, there's no rush!

  1. Open Settings (Win+I).
  2. Select Network & internet on the left side.
  3. Select Advanced network settings on the right side.
  4.  Open Advanced network settings

OR

  1. Open the Control Panel (icons view), and select the Network and Sharing Center icon.
  2. Select the Change adapter settings (ncpa.cpl) link - on the left-hand-side-menu - in Network and Sharing Center.

Thank you🙏
