VPN Server missing

Hello, I've been using Kaspersky VPN for a while now, and I'm pretty satisfied so far. I noticed that the Ashburn option is missing, I personally checked in the list of possible Locations to choose, and I have all the options but Ashburn (I have Kaspersky Premium too). I'm posting this here just in case there's an error with the application, or maybe it's something that has to do with me and my location as well? I look forward to get an answer!

We answered the question in (your) previous topic VPN Possibilities raised on the 11th of March, 2025. 

"Ashburn is already available, according to: Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, Locations, published Feb 8, 2025; altho it's not showing in our app; it may be in a version update that's not available atm."

IF (you) cannot find Ashburn in (your) KVPN, please log the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as: Feedback, I have a suggestion OR Feedback, I have a complaint; include a *detailed history*

• *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*.

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
