  1. Verified account is signed in

Hello @DmitriiS

Thank you for the verification!

  1. Is there a Restore purchase option (we do not read Russian & cannot see from the images that have been posted), please readHow to restore your subscription, if that does not help, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown below:image.thumb.png.6983d2a0938ac011fee3fe59ec57209a.png

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you🙏

Hello @DmitriiS

If you're experiencing issues with your Kaspersky Premium VPN, such as daily usage limits and subscription status not updating, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Check Subscription Status:

    • Log into your Kaspersky account on their website or through the Kaspersky application.
    • Ensure that your subscription is active and that the VPN service is included.
  2. Update the Application:

    • Make sure your Kaspersky VPN application is up to date. Sometimes, issues arise from using an outdated version.
    • Check for updates in the app settings and install any available updates.
  3. Reboot Your Device:

    • Restart your computer or device to clear any temporary glitches that may be affecting the VPN.
  4. Reinstall the VPN:

    • Uninstall the Kaspersky VPN application and then reinstall it. This can resolve issues related to installation or configuration.
  5. Check for Multiple Accounts:

    • Ensure that you're logged into the same account where you purchased the VPN. If you have multiple accounts, the subscription might be linked to a different one.
  6. Contact Kaspersky Support:

    • If the problem persists, it’s best to reach out to Kaspersky's customer support. Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts
    • They can provide specific assistance and check your account for any issues.
  7. Check for Service Outages:

    • Sometimes, there may be server issues or maintenance work affecting service. Check Kaspersky's website or their social media channels for any announcements regarding outages.
  8. Firewall/Antivirus Settings:

    • Ensure that your firewall or any other security software is not interfering with Kaspersky VPN’s operation. You might need to whitelist the application.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with your Kaspersky Premium VPN. If you need further assistance with any specific step, feel free to ask!

Thank you

I was switched to the Ultrasecureav VPN because you know, sanctions.  But it's not very good.  Fails to connect to places I need to connect to (Philippines esp.) and very unreliable and after a while slows to a crawl.  I think they are throttling access.  HELP.  Can Kaspersky kick them in the butt to evolve their product.  It is barely useable for me.  Kaspersky VPN worked great.  Replacement is not good.  I'm trying to be kind.
