VPN Possibilities

Hi, I've been wondering, is there a possibility that Kaspersky adds new VPN options the US like Ashburn or Virginia in the future (mainly for gaming experience)? I'm really satisfied with the options already, I'm asking this out of curiosity only. Thank you in advance.

Welcome back!

1. Ashburn is already available, according to: Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, Locations, published Feb 8, 2025; altho it's not showing in our app; it may be in a version update that's not available to us atm. 

• The VPN developers actively manage locations -> (you're) more than welcome to submit a request to the VPN developers via Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as: Feedback, I have a suggestion OR Feedback, I have a complaint; include a *detailed history*
• *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*     
• *Note*, not all change requests are successful & those that are may take a long time, sometimes a very long time, to be implemented. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
