1. Are there any errors shown when trying to access Disney+ using Kaspersky's VPN (KVPN), post a full-screen-print of the errors, including the URL of the webpage please? 
2. Because Kaspersky has been banned in the US, Disney+ may have blacked listed Kaspersky, have (you) checked with Kaspersky Customer Service? 
3. Which *remote* virtual location has been selected? 
4. From the time (you've) had KVPN, has Disney+ *ever* worked? 
5. Has Disney+ Brazil been tried? 
6. Where do (you) live? 
7. Have (you) set the KVPN to use Double VPN? 
8. Have (you) tried to access Disney+ from *another* device? 
9. Have (you) cleared cache, cookies, history & tried different browsers? 
10. In (your) device - is the GPS location set - IF 'yes', change it OR disable; does it make a difference?
11. Which device is used: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, tell us the OS version & build please, read: Find the operating system version
12. Which KVPN version, read: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application. 
13. Since the problem with Disney+ started, has the device been shutdown, powered OFF completely -> then powered ON & Disney+ *rechecked*?
