Hi,

 

I have a paid Kaspersky plus subscription with free VPN but I have trouble turning my VPN on. Attaching the pop up message. Windows firewall are turned off.

 

Kindly assist.

I have had this more than once, the only solution is to uninstall it and re-install, that works and was advice from Kaspersky

Hi; i have a paid Kaspersy Premium since a week and suddenly the VPN came out of order i see on the screen.please wait  We are working on this issue please wait.i,m waiting sice 4 days now contacted kaspersky  and bobody seem to repair it .

Thanks if you could help me. I,m in Canada (quebec) it was working fine before

  2. Please post the incident reference number that was given when (you) contacted Kaspersky, it's prefixed with INC0000
