After the current policy update, i can still turn the vpn on, but cannot access to any site with it. Yesterday everything was still normal. I was wondering is it because im in Russia rn?

Hello @TLia & @Maisarah

Welcome!

Please read: https://forum.kaspersky.com/topic/after-update-lost-some-servers-and-double-vpn-57341/#findComment-221765

As (you're) both aware there's been a VPN infrastructure change, there's an advisory on Kaspersky's support website: image.thumb.png.402e1c23ebb6a1f0a7d9430b2ceb4e24.png  even tho (your) problems are not the same, the action (you) both need to take is:

  1. Follow the advisory on the support website = download & install the *new* version, IF it does not fix the problem proceed to 2.
  2.  Log a support request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history* & please do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request.                                                                             image.thumb.png.6b5a177bd058ed02da93fafbd78b2b77.png

Thank you🙏
