VPN not working

Can you please specify the version number from your Kaspersky VPN application

1. Are you running the unlimited version ?
2. Did you try another virtual location ?
3. Can you provide an error message ?

I have the same problems. If I enable the VPN internet  is not working. Only if I turn it  off. I make a screen recorder, but I can not attach here.

Please reinstall on top Kaspersky VPN ?

The program was reinstalled again and the latest version was downloaded, knowing that the program is a Prime version and the same problem. The program was downloaded on Android and the same problem
