VPN Quit working 2 days ago.  All servers are down. Any idea when its going going to be up and running?

It connects now on my windows, yet the speed is so slow, it fails to load anything. Still no connection on my android.

@edvolkoff Under normal conditions KSC is performing correctly via Ethernet , WiFi as well as 4G. Please contact K-Lab Technical Support.

same here, my VPN stopped working yesterday….how to fix it?

@mapasada8 Welcome. Did you try another virtual location.

yes, all the servers are not working. it says to try to connect later and use other server

@mapasada8 Please follow these steps :

  • Start KSC
  • Go to Support > Support Tools > Open
  • Enable traces
  • Exit KSC > Restart KSC
  • Send report to Technical Support
  • Save report
  • Disable traces
  • Contact K-Lab Technical Support : https://center.kaspersky.com
  • Summary > Technical Support Center > Request Technical Support > Create Request
  • Describe the  problem , attach the report (ZIP) and submit your ticket.

I cannot connect to internet by KSC. Both on my MAC and iphone.

Here the vpn free stopped working on the desktop, only mobile is working. I reinstalled, it worked slowly for a while and then stopped again.

I used the network diagnostic tool and it worked again. The problem was related to some configuration or update of windows.
