Vpn not continuing the installation

it has been 3 days now since I decided to update my vpn and it keeps telling me to complete installation I should be connected to the internet

1. Did (you) get a prompt to *update* the existing VPN or (you) just decided to *update* on a whim? 
2. Are (you) trying to install KVPN  *trial subscription* OR paid subscription? 
3. What is the Windows 11 full *build number*, in Windows Search type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post back the information? 
4. Which *Region/Location* are (you) in? 
5. Have (you) *uninstalled* - using Windows, Add & remove programs, rebooted, downloaded a new exe & tried again?
