VPN not accessible while Kaspersky installed

I can’t run VPN through other applications like Hotspot Shield while Kaspersky installed. The only VPN that works in my PC is Kaspersky VPN. Is there a reason to why this is happening to me? How can I run other VPN applications while Kaspersky is running? I tried turning it off but same issue, no VPN works beside Kaspersky VPN.

1. Each time you create a topic, please provide the information requested by @Danila T. in his tutorial Read before you create a new topic!, including full screen images of “VPN not accessible while Kaspersky installed”? 
2. Why would you try to run more than one VPN at a time? 
3. When you wish to start another VPN, are you exiting KVPN or simply turning KVPN OFF? 
4. Are there any error messages - post full screen images? 
5. Is KVPN Premium or Free?
