vpn limit!

I have a 3 device premium kaspersky, but only let me use VPN on 1 device! it makes me use limited free vpn on the other devices! can someone help me out?

On *each* device, the installed VPN must be signed into, with the *same* email address that (you) used to buy the Kaspersky Premium subscription, has that been done?
