VPN installation fails

Hi,

When I install Kaspersky Premium, I set the options to install Password Manager and VPN. Kaspersky Premium and Password Manager install successfully. VPN installation fails.

I reboot and try to install again from within Premium. Fails again. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

Welcome!

1. What error message/s are displayed when the VPN installation fails, post a full screen screen please - IF it's not in English please provide a full translation? 
2. Does the VPN installation meet the Hardware & Software requirements? 
3. Are (you) is a region where the VPN is banned or restricted? 
4. Run Kavremover - read & follow the instructions very carefully -> remove *only* Kaspersky VPN / Secure Connection software - IF there is any.
5. When Kavremover is complete -> shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power button, login.
6. Download a new VPN exe from: https://www.kaspersky.com/vpn-secure-connection#installation.
7. Install VPN, does it work? 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
